You want to start a new PPC advertising service like AdWords? That's quite a task and it'll need some significant investment to begin with. You'll need traffic, big traffic, to get it going - big traffic is going to cost you money.

You are def going to need to shell out some bucks. I would try a sponsored blog post on a site like Johnchow.com. It seems his advertisers are happy with what they get. And thats the audience your looking for also.

Thanks for your ideas. But I want to ask a question. Is it good to buy search engine submitter softwares?

Nope. Once you've submitted to Google, Yahoo, MSN, Asta Vista, Ask, Hot Bot you've just about got it covered - no point making effort beyond those 6 big players in my experience.

it doesn't have to cost a lot if you bid on low cost keywords. They still bring a lot of traffic.

Look to Yahoo Paid Inclusion, get your site in natural search
    Create a Google sitemap
Start requesting links from peers in the same business

Thank you all. Knivez, thanks for that advice. I read somewhere you can really bid on low cost keywords and still get alot of traffic. My bugdet is very tight and I don't have alot of bucks to buy big traffic. Guys can you confirm if this low cost biding really works? I just want to know if it is really true.

    Regards.

Its true, you just have to think of the terms relevant to your business that are less competitive and/or less likely to be run by someone else. The problem is the terms themselves won't drive alot of traffic, just the opposite, you need more terms to get the volume (often referred to as the long tail because these are the bulk of the keywords in a program, each of which gets little volume)

Thank you all for your help. I want to ask another important question again. If google adword we pay for are just the first 2 to 3 adverts on the top and the mini adverts on the right side, then where do the middle adverts come from? Guys, I really want to understand this.

    Regards.

That is all the naturally ranked information that you cannot pay directly to appear in, To appear in here you need to get some good PR links pointing to your site, but it is not an overnight process like PPC

Also referencing the previous post, You can pay to get included in Yahoo
    Look for Site Submit Pro

You can also submit an RSS feed if you have one for your site, use Yahoo Site Explorer and Google Base
