good! and well-structured, maybe you can give more attention on your LOGO, right now its to small for eyecatching =)

 

Yes right ...you should give more weight to site logo ...and add more link on footer for easy site navigation.

 

good choice for colors, but the logo not blend with the background. .... and overal is simple good website.
Personally I prefer downloadable games than flash games
