What else could be included?

I would be willing to negotiate both hosting and the sale of the domain zemg.com. I have had this domain appraised and would be looking for a minimum of 4xx for it to be included in the sale. I might also be willing to install on your server depending on the high bid.

Please post any questions. There is no traffic as I finally put this site up today. I have also not sold any links. Essentially, you are buying a turnkey directory with an outstanding exclusive design. It is unfortunate I have to sell as I invested substantially in this project and doubt I will be able to recover what I put into it.

I dunno what is so hard to understand that is for the domain. Did you not notice it is a 4-letter domain.

You can buy the site without the domain and that is what I probably will sell. It comes with a layed .psd so you can change the name quite easily.

Domain likely won't be sold with site unless I get a real good offer as it a 4-letter domain and is pronounceable.
