I was an Implihosting customer for 9 days. In that time I paid Implihosting £60 ($86) for the privilege of them losing every single piece of data I had stored with them. Every .php file, image file and html document, every email, every MySQL database. All gone and unrecoverable. Why? Because Implihosting does not do backups. !Stunned!. I used Implihosting for 9 days and after they lost everything I moved hosts and asked for a refund. This was refused as "they do not do refunds", even though they lost me 270 registrations on my primary forum and lost me 'who knows' how much revenue from being out of action for two days and the impact on traffic figures this caused. Not to mention the impact on my credibility. The advice from Implihosting: "Get a dedicated server" Thanks for nothing. Recommendation is to avoid Implihosting as a webhost.
