    I don't think you are violating Adsense TOS. It's almost the same as the Ads here in DP.

    Only potential issue that I see is that on your home page, the skyscrapper ad on the left side is very close to the menu with your home, help, register etc. links. Shouldnt be too much of a worry but might want to add a blank line between them to be on the safe side?

    I have started a Mobile phone forum and it gets around 500 vistors per day generating

    5000-8000 ads impression but they do not click any ads so my earning is 0
