Am I violating the TOS about "accidental clicks" on this site?

I have a kids site, and I just read about the accidental clicks thing- do you think I'm violating it on this site: http://freestuff4kids.net/

i have looked your web site and i dont think that it's against the adsense tos. adlogger may help you to prevent accidental clicks

 

It looks fine to me. But I dont believe adlogger prevents accidental clicks, just repeated clicks.

i used adsense in a same way near my header.but one member told me there should be a certain gap between any link content and adsenses.so make a visible gap.and visit this blog to get more knowledge.

The site looks good. doesnt seem to be violating the Adsense TOS. However, as coderbari mentioned, do have some gap with the text and link units.
