Hello, If I would like to hire a copywriter, do I have to post 25 topics? Respectfully, I don't understand the basis of this requirement because if I specifically want to hire a copywriter and not be a part of the community, how will I get around that? I am fine waiting two weeks, but I don't have 25 things to post about. Thank you, John
It would be wise to read the forum rules. Here is the link: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/faq.php?faq=rules#faq_posting_guidelines Seeing that this is a community forum, the rule makes sense. Otherwise it would turn into a spammy job board. It's not hard to get 25 posts- there are tons of sub-forums here so why not jump into the conversations and share/learn?
If you want to prevent spam, you might encourage it with this rule. After all, someone like me (but not me) might go about posting 25 spammy messages just so he/she can hire a copywriter.
You might like to have a look here: SalesLetter Writing Service Thread There are still a lot of review copies left to be taken up plus I've got a sample that I've done as a review copy for my first client.
I am just commenting here because I liked the quote about Article Writing being America's passion, I like that thought for today.
I see plenty of people coming on here looking for stuff, without more than a couple of posts to their name for example.
So in other words, you want to take advantage of the free opportunities this community offers its members without giving anything back to that community? I do hope that's not what you meant because that is not a great way to introduce yourself to the people you would hope to hire.
Bingo!.....You are spot on YMC,I am in 100% agreement with your comment. To some it would appear it's all take with no payback.
I assume you are referring to me. Maybe you should read more carefully. It says article writing is this AMERICAN's passion. not America's.
I apologize I did mis-read. My mistake and apologies. More importantly writing is YOUR passion. I think I may have been a bit sleepy last night.
