am i the owner or not ?

    Hai all
    i brought hosting from local company .
    they gav me domain name too.
    But i dont think i m the legal owner of domain name.
    i mean if i want to transfer to another hosting company, then what problmz do i hav to face?

    Most hosting companys become the legal registrant of the domain. It makes account setup a much faster process. You can ask them to give you access to the nameservers and whois of the domain - many webhosts use enom (which allows you to do this).

    Who was your web host? Maybe I can offer more information.

    and in who.is it shows register via uacommunication to me

    If you're listed as the registrant, you're the legal name holder. (Okay, owner if
    you will...)

    Your domain name is virtually all set for transfer. Try to obtain the auth code
    from your provider and give that to the gaining registrar.
