I want to buy and build a website along the lines of cheapnetworksolutionsdomains.com

Could I be getting myself into trouble since this is a copyrighted name (network solutions)?

Or do they even care since I would be promoting people buying domains from Network Solutions?

And if this could be a legal matter and I do decide to go for it. How can I protect my personal assets? By becoming incorporated or a LLC?

    Yes.
    I have no idea.
    Depends on your assets. Depends.

But, if you are going into a business thinking the domain name will be a problem, then is sounds like a pretty stupid idea to still go ahead with it, eh?

best not to risk it, IMHO. Put the keywords in the onpage and offpage seo instead. Even if you are selling their services for them, there's no guarantee a big co will let you use their trademark, in fact, if they DON'T defend it, they may lose it so coming down on YOU like aton of bricks might be the easiest path for them

I agree with contentboss. Why build something that Network Solutions can possibly take away at any time? Better to go with a domain name that does not violate an existing trademark.
