Am I seeing things?

Did yfs1 and honey both change their avatars? Not that this isnt strange or anything. But at leasts yfs1 appears to be the same picture with a different background, am I wrong?

Well, actually I'm only 19 - 20 in October. But I've been at this for about 5-6 years. Its been awhile for me anyway.

I'm in Ontario too, Mississauga to be exact. I hear it's going to be a really hot week, but with central air it's like an igloo in here, lucky for me or else my laptop would freak out.

It's the one HP gets a lot of slack for putting the fans underneath so they get blocked a lot by my legs. Eek.

 

I just got a Pavilion this weekend and yeah the fan thing is kind of annoying.

I guess I need to start paying more attention to people's avatars. I noticed honey's but I didn't realize who it was.

 

Which one Hodged? I have the zx5180us and it needs a new motherboard but because it's a us model I can't get one unless I go to america, pretty stupid eh? It works, I just have to stay very still cause if the cord moves it doesn't realize I have it plugged in and will die, also another problem, hp's crap battery, 20 minutes life then it's dead too. It's still a sweet little laptop and I still hope to find a way to get her fixed back up.

 

I have the zd8205us and so far it rocks. The thing is made like a brick house and has a 17" screen. The whole thing just feels really sturdy including the really thick power cable. The laptop is massive. I had a lifebook before and it looked really tiny on my legs, but I'm 6'6" so most things do, except my laptop of 'doom' also known as the zd8205us.

 

I work on both an Acer Aspire 2010 and a Toshiba Satellite A70....the toshiba has withstood A LOT....can you say drop zone?

 

Yes, I changed the background to ensure it wasn't infringing on another sites trademark

Its the same exact picture except previously I had changed the background to comply with another forums strict rules. I liked it so I used it here too.

They changed their TOS disallowing its use, so out of respect I went back to the old one.

I will probably slightly modify it again when the mood strikes me. Maybe put Jessica Albas face on the mug
