I started a new site on 26 January last month. My site is indexed as per Google Webmasters Tools but when I search for my domain url (logostock.net) in google and bing, my domain is nowhere. The same search in yahoo shows my domain at 1st place. Just need some guidance whether I'm sandboxed, penalized or even worst. The domain logostock.net was registered in 2001 as in archive.org.
I've seen this happen before on sites with little "text" info on their pages. They seem to be very slow to get indexed without large amounts of back-links pointing to them. A little more text on your pages might give Google a bit more information about your site that their system can understand. Somehow you want to incorporate keywords and some SEO (inner linking, etc..) on most of your pages in order to achieve good on-site SEO. Perhaps have the logo designers write up some snippet of text using a keyword decided for each logo page. Otherwise I believe you are going to have a tough time hitting any good returns on short tail as well as long tail terms without a lot of backlinking.
So, it's just due to lack of content. No sandbox, no penality. Can you please confirm and I'm really sorry if this is a silly question I'm still learning.
Sorry but you do have a very bad on page optimization! Re-optimize your on page, add some meta description on every pages.
Google knows you're there: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Alogostock.net No worries, just poor serp
@fr@nc!z Thank you for pointing that out. @dominik79 I'm worried because my other domain gadgetslive.com without any submission or promoting was on first place for keyword 'gadgetslive.com' even when parked. But this domain is not even appearing for it's url in the search results.
No. It not have been banned or penalized. The search with site:logostock.net shows the indexed pages.
