I'm probably comprehending this wrong but according to Wikipedia, "Because the JavaScript is sent to the Web browser when the page is requested, it is possible for other website owners to copy the JavaScript code into their own webpages. To protect against this type of fraud, AdSense customers can specify the pages on which advertisements should be shown. AdSense then ignores clicks from pages other than those specified." Meaning people copy it to other websites they have created? But according to google on their adsense website, "Adding AdSense to your pages is easy. Once your application is approved, just log into your account, customize your ad unit, and copy and paste a block of HTML code into your website. You're welcome to place ads on any acceptable site-- without re-applying." Can someone clarify this for me?
