can you guy (and gals) take a look at my site and tell me if I am in violation of ToS? I feel that I blended it well, but who knows. Rather be safe than sorry. Thanks =)

Looks okay to me. Then again, email them and ask them to check just to be safe.

I'd agree with the others and definitely ask Google about it. At first visit to your site, it took a few seconds to figure out where to click (or where 'not' to click) to continue on with the site. After choosing the Monday-Friday Recap, it seems fine to me, but just that main page would concern me a little.

While I've definitely seen "worse", if you just added additional content to the front page, that would certainly help. Then again, it could be perfectly fine as far as Google is concerned, and you won't know for sure unless you ask them.

You have a TOS violation because you have the <script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"></script> without the first part of the AdSense script in front of it. That is why there is the odd looking grey AdSense ad, and it's against the terms.

They may ask you to put a line to deferentiate the pictures from the ads, but you can just email the support team and ask for approval. With AdSense, it is better to ask beforehand than to rack up an AdSense violation warning on your account ;)

Uhh, that does not sound to good

Yeah, I just shot them an email to see what they say. I am going to put a link on the first page near the image on the left hand side to justify its existence. Can I get banned for asking? On second thought, I guess not. Right?

You won't get banned for asking if it meets the guidelines or not.

I would suggest you put more content. You cannot have a site for the purpose of displaying ads according to TOS. What I am trying to say is the content is a bit little (but I am not Google, so it could be fine with them).
    Good Luck!

Ok, I am working on the JS code, dont know how I lost some of it enroute....I know it is a little , shall we say light right now, but I couldnt wait to get a site up. I guess I have been so damn excited of the possibilities that I forgot the most important thing - content. lol. I am such a noob, eh?

Sorry, by "definitely seen worse", I didn't mean the site itself :p Just the number of ads. Good luck to you :)

Glad to hear that. I looked at it and didnt really think you should have an issue. Just watch your images and the division of them and Google ads.
