Am I missing something to do for selling our web application?

Recently we had developed a web application for promoting events and for hiring artists. You can refer http://qualitypoint.blogspot.com/2010/07/offer-to-buy-exclusive-rights-of-our.html
Last few days I am taking many different steps for selling this script.
But till now this sales is not closed. I am not expecting much gain from this sales. But still people are not willing to buy this script even when they say that the script looks good after seeing the Demo.

Actually I started my direct sales with our ebook (About software testing and QTP automation) and the ebook sales got started immediately without putting much effort.

But I couldn't understand why this one-time script sales is not getting closed.

Am I missing anything to close this sales ?
According to my knowledge I have done everything (Demo, help file, document, forum post, our blog post, linkedIn group) but still no outcome. Why? Any clue?

    2 suggestions:
having a free (limited functionality version)
use adwords (you will be able to target your application to exactly what people are searching for)

    Thanks for your suggestion.
Actually this is one-time exclusive rights sales. So I think giving free (limited version) is acceptable or not.
I thought of using adwords. But I dropped this plan as I didn't get any positive output during my previous AdWord campaigns.

And, I don't know whether I need to add keywords related to live music industry or keyword related script buyers/marketers.

ideally you want it as narrow as possible e.g. [live music industry software]
    narrow means
    1) less competition thus lower bid
    2) better targeting/conversion as opposed to bring visitors that interested just to learn about live music industry

There is to much text on your splash page. Maybe you should ad less text only the important keywords and a video could be a good promotion.

    Thanks for your suggestions/comments.
Actually I am trying to sell the script/web application one time. I am not looking for getting more traffic related to live music industry.

You mean to say that persons in live music industry will prefer to buy than the web masters who buy/sell scripts?
