when i go into certain sites i get this weird blocks, not just facebook i mean google search, or my home page its every where, what is it

This is really strange... Did you install something in the last few days?

 

If you are visiting these sites client-side then you have malware. I seem to remember Conficker doing something like this

 

i believe it started when i installed a widget that shows my rss feeds live in a box, il have to look up the site but its getting worse by the day, when it started i though ook page load error or something then a day later it showed up more then once now im getting used to it, but today i realized if this is a hack my paypal or alertpay u know my poersonal info is at stake if this is a hack

but my inter rund 24/7 a day cuase i keep downloaded stuff

i have zonealrm pro updated dailyand nod 32 its does automatic scans every night and a spyware scan every night, i have alot of knoledge on virusses
but my computer seems clean i checked the regisry , every day when i restart my computer i go into task manager and end proccess on all unwanted apps so that my system runs beter so nothing is running, i clean my cookies and history so that no site can track me, i only keep google cookies, if used nod32 for about 3 years and i love it, i know kapersky is good but still nod32 is my fav if grown on it
