I've purchased the domain http://www.techinfodata.info nearly a month ago and doing so much link building for it. currently it has 100+ backlinks (check with yahoo site explorer). The website also has 4 pr4 page and 3 pr5 link to it (google doesn't crawl that page yet so didn't see the backlink yet). So I expected it will go to pr4 in the next update. I also submitted that site to more than 150 directory. Am I going too fast?
What you're doing isn't wrong, but you shouldn't try and build thousands of links each day. Try and spread them out over the week, or even month if you can. Still, if you're getting good SERP positions, keep it up and good luck
You're not doing wrong. Just get your links in a normal way. And try to get links from trusted and related sites
Work on quality man not quantity....I am sure if you take a second look at some of the directories you'll notice that most will link to anyone and everyone, so just be careful man and focus on authority and quality sites not just any directory that will give you a link...
well i got approx 60 times more back links , loads with good quality PR and i am still on PR 0 , so i am getting very confused sometimes about all this PR business!
everything's doin fine, continue don't mind about PR, focus on quality contents and generating quality traffic
the link building should look natural. When you'll slow down (if you'll slow down), google will penalize you.
There is no right or wrong way to build links, but just remember, if your gettin 100 links a day now, then you stop, google will think your site is stale or of less relevance, so you may rank well now but not be able to climb the SERPs thereafter
