Am I going to get scammed?

Guys help me out please.

I am buying donogood.com for $4500, he says it averages 700 a month from adsense and adversal.

It has a pr of 3

I cross referenced the traffic with alexa.com and I cant tell if its legit, some help would be great!

You should ask to see referral stats. The stats daily seem to change drastically, so he might be buying traffic to boost the sale. There are days where it gets around 3,000 hits, and then the next day it is only 400-500.

I think im going to make him show me the stats via "remotepc" - in one of those pictures - photoshop is open. Which made me start to think.

 

Days when hits is only 400-500 is obviously weekends. Looks like that site is buying traffic, because in analytics screenshot 70.49% (direct visits). It's strange that there is so many returning visitors but NO commented posts at all.

 

With proxies, you can expect a lot of direct visits. My last proxy network got around 64% direct visits/bookmarks.

I would not pay $4500 for that, though - no way. MAYBE $1000. It's a lot easier to make your own proxy site, as it will grow very fast.

 

Certainly that would be a bad deal. It would be much more wiser to invest those funds in the website you did yourself

No, its impossible unless hes paying people to click on his ads

 

I doubt that guy is making $7 a month from adsense.

 

Are you kidding? I had a proxy getting 2000-3000 uniques perday and making $20-50.
