Am I going to get banned?

I usually get around 10 clicks on every high traffic day (1000 page views on average) but today I got 19 clicks with just 645 impressions. Usually my CTR is less than 1% but today it's 2.95% . I recently made some changes in the placement of ads too but how can the rise in CTR be so sharp. Also where I get around $6-8 everyday with 10 clicks, today I just made $3.07 from 19 clicks. How is it possible please do you have any thoughts about this? I DID NOT click on my own ads. Is someone else trying to sabotage my account? How to I fix it??

No you won't get banned, people constantly tweak their sites and thats what Adsense ultimately wants you to do, because it means their making more money. They actually encourage you to split-test and make sure that you get your CTR high, but also following their rules/guidelines as to how they want you to do it. Just keep watching it for a week and see what happens, you might be getting a good day. Just wait it out and you'll get a better idea if its just someone doing it today, or if people are doing this together.

That's not exactly a very high CTR.. You shouldn't be worried. I believe anything greater than 7% should = you needing to be worried.

I dont think that your going to get banned for having more clicks. It might sound like your having someone click for you, but maybe its just a good day. The more clicks you get then the more money Google is making. So they wont mind.

You won't get banned with that jump. Just keep it clean and not use black hat methods or else you'll suffer.

Agree With you.. This is normal CTR... you may change or replace adsense placement... Just follow their rules and never try to use any blackhat...
    Best of luck.

I have a question that someone ban other adsense account by clicking 500 times in a day on his adsense ads? and if yes, what policies Google has for that?
