I've made a thread like this, but I was a much bigger newb then. Below I will explain what I do with my Bum Marketing Method. The reason I am posting again is I've been doing this constantly for a week and no sales. Here are the steps: 1) Find a product at the marketplace. Usually 60+grav. For example I have chosen "Registry Fix". 2) I then make a landing page on my domain, which is usually compromised of material on the main product page. Here is an example of my landing page review: arnack.com/registryfix.html. 3) I then do my keyword research- usually using Google's tool. I then find a keyword that has small searches (therefore I can hopefully get first page in google). For example, on my Registry Fix review, I chose the keywords: Fix Registry Virus (squidoo.com/fixregistryvirus). 4) I then do this over again and do it on other article submission web pages. 5) Rinse and repeat. Thanks! EDIT: also what I'm not understanding why my squidoo articles, as well as my other articles, are not showing on Google (even though I search the title's name in quotes and everything). How long does it take for Google to index Squidoo?
You would have to add backlinks to your squidoo lens for it to get indexed, you can use digg to do that. If your ezine articles are not getting indexed, then it means that 2 other ezine articles are already there or google has yet to crawl your article
Stumble and Digg your articles to make them get indexed quicker. Usually it takes 1-2 days for Squidoo lens to get in Google. Also while searching for a targeted keyword in quotes is good, you should also do a search on: site:www.yourwebsite.com to see whether you are in Google or not.
Just a small note. You probably selected a product that is 60+grav because you are thinking that the product is proven to sell and yet competition is moderate. However, you just missed to check the big picture of the market. Registry Fixing is an extremly competitive market. Keep in mind that most software companies that create such software can afford to have full blown marketing campaigns and lot of bucks in hand. Im not stating that its impossible to compete with them or to make a good profit, but keep in mind that since you are a newbie, you picked an extremly competitive market. You must always take in consideration how many competing/similar products are there in a market and not the gravity of the single product you promote. Cheers & Good Luck buddy
