I have a CTR of .55, a eCPM of about .40 a day and the site is earning around $9 a day on the dot. Sometimes it's very random...one week it'll earn 6.5 a day and some days (same stats) I'll get 14. The traffic is a high volume site with 5,000+ unique visits a day. I'm not sure if this is normal or not or if I'm being jipped..I can't say. Adsense seems to be tracking 95% of my impressions and the only thing their saying is that I could be filtering good-paying sites. I was just wondering what you guys thought about this situation and my competitive ad list. 10-bestsites.com 10-top-sites.com 1rst-merchant-account.com 1s.md 2020ok.com 25-topsites.com 4allyourinfo.com 5-top-sites.com 7-topsites.com 8-topsites.com 8-topwebsites.com 8bestsites.com 9topsites.com audiojoint.com best4info.com best4sites.net best8sites.org bestindustrialsites.net betterbusinessreviewsonline.org bizofshowbiz.com business-software-smart.com chosenresult.com click-here-4-best.info cv2006.biz dbmoz.biz dbmoz.com dbmoz.org digg4it.com downloadrings.com drift-kings.com e-isn.com e-nternet.com eaccesstutorial.com earchitecturalrendering.com earchitecturalrendering.info eartcolleges.net ebay.com.au ecloner.com edesigngraphics.net edigitalphotoonline.info egraphicdesign.info ehowtomakecandles.com emodelships.info eschoolanimations.com everyclick.com everyrule.com ewordtutorials.com ewossnewsbar.com expert-expert.com ez4search.com faster-results.com flights4less.net free-pictures-photos.com genieanswers.com getanysong.com getphonetones.com globalinfoexchange.com goodplace-on.net gubaara.com guideya.com iarchitects.info inhunt.com instant-free-info.com justquery.com latestringers.com links-4-you.com look4docs.com megasearch.biz modeling1.net mylot.com purebusiness.com reliableoffers.com reviewbykrystal.com ringringmobile.com searchabout.net searchscribe.com searchtorpedo.com sendtheringtones.com shopping.com tag-1.net thegayquiz.com thestupidquiz.com thinktarget.com top-10sites.com toptensites.org toseeka.com webmaster-knowledgebase.info Code (markup): I banned most of these sites myself for giving my weird and abstract ads. Ads like... "Are you Gay?" "Are you Stupid?" And MFA sites taking up my top spots.
What I do is this: 1. Get a list from adsblacklist.com of standard MFAs. 2. Run each MFA individually through Alexa.com to see if their even on the map anymore. If they aren't ranking above 1,000,000, they can probably be left off your Competitive Ad Filter list. 3. Use the Google Adsense Preview Tool to look at the other ads on your page. If they're MFA, or in your opinion, or not worth a crap, add them to the Ad Filter too.
