    Anyone can apply.

But if you took the time to read the TOS you might be surprised that there are areas in the world that are not currently being accepted. And if you took the time to search this very forum you would find even more definitive answers to your questions.

Maybe I am one of the few Americans who isn't outsourcing his reading skills to India. But wait, oops should you already know this?

Maybe I'm being ignorant, you write English but you don't read it?

Well there is 4 minutes of my life I'll never get back and time I can't bill for!

A simple no would have done the work. but internetmarketingiq had to went his outsourcing frustration on the poor guy. Just because the country gets outsourced work, doesnt mean every citizen of the country has to do the same kind of job. You are probably too frustrated to think about that ;)

India does better job at outsourcing when compared to the other neighbouring countries. Cheap and good work. On the topic, YPN has remained since its inception, USA only.

Maybe when people learn to read they will get the answers to these incredibly BASIC questions.

If you can't read a basic TOS then you probably shouldn't be in this business.

    Poor guy? sure.
