Am I doing any of this right?

    I recently changed some of the design of my site to allow for multiple pages to be indexed by Google. In the past, my design used a lot of server-side transfers and scripted redirects, which I understand are not easy for SE's to crawl. I only changed the linking on pages that I want crawled, and left the old, non-SE-friendly code on the pages that shouldn't be. Will Google continue to ignore the entire site if this bad (bad by Google standards, that is :) design is left in there?
