Am i consider spammer if i dev link like this

after browsing through the forum, i wish to know whether wht i doing below is rite or wrong?

1. posting the same content of thread to diff forum (promoting my free site service)
2. writing one article but submit to over 10 article submission sites, blogs

I wonder will yahoo/google bot consider me a spammer? Coz the exact same content scatter everywhere

 

I'm not sure if it's considered spamming.
(In Forums) IMO it's not good to use the same post again and again in forums..as much as possible, rephrase it but retain the main idea of your post.
(IN Article directory submission) minimize similar content and read this guidelines about duplicate content:

I think it depends on the way you post the article.

 

if you have an option, then modify your article a little before you post it to a different blog. If you post same article over and over on multiple blogs, then you risk of having duplicate content penalty. when people offer article post on blog networks and many people buy them (i did buy few blog post like that myself), you don't really have any option to change content unless the blog network owner offers article spin, but when i submit to a different blog, i change the article a little. it serves well in the long run and you have more quality related backlinks.

 

Search for posts by Gregg Hall on dp. He has been doing this for years. I remember reading about article submission recently by him.

I highly recommend using Jetspinner to create unique article versions. It takes more work than the automated tools, but also gives you more control over the content, especially rotating anchor text for a better spread of links. PM me for a lesson on how I do this.
