Am I being too sneaky with where I place my ads?

    I'd like for you to look at two places on my website. The first:

    http://www.trafficticketsecrets.com/fight-a-speeding-ticket.html

    scroll all the way to the bottom and tell me if it is allowed to place an ad in this fashion.

    The second is on my homepage:

    http://www.trafficticketsecrets.com

    Go to "Popular Reports" and look at the link that says "More Articles and Reports Here". Is that adsense ad too close? I am just curious and don't want to get banned by Google.

    Hi Damon,

    While your placement is clever, I'd say it's borderline. The first page is a definite no-no as the ad is placed under the title "Related Articles".

    I'm not too sure what to think of the ad on your home page. I think it'd be attracting a lot of miss-clicks so Google might look down upon on that. Try spacing it down a few pixels.
