wait, it turns I logged into a old account..... I never thought I got approved for this old account though. I have two set of usernames and passwords I use for everything pretty much, so I just didnt think about it and put in the wrong one and its another account I have, anyways my other account is fine. So should I delete the old account? Thanks

This is because whenever Google changes its TOS, they will show it to you when you are logged in.

    BTW, remove the account.

I agree. I've known several people lose accounts for having several.

Oooh is anyone going to mail the publisher and warn them before the AdSense police report 'em? I can't be bothered doing either, personally. ..But I'd rather he/she was notified of the breach as I'm sure they aren't aware, and they seem like a decent person, not out to 'cheat' AdSense like some publishers.

If someone's going to fire off an e-mail, make sure it goes to the publisher eh.

Nobody in this thread must be AdWords advertisers. How you can look at that site which has "Please Click on These Ads" in big bold letters and say

    and
is beyond me. Not having time to read the TOS is no excuse.

Yeah I don't know why people should be given the benefit of the doubt because they are lazy.

Anyways, sites with "click ads here" seem to be contacted by Google and asked to correct the mistake and if they do in a timely manner, they are left alone. At least from what I can gather.

Not saying that not reading TOS is an excuse, but isnt it better to inform publisher about violation of adsense TOS and give them one last chance to correct it.
    Afetrall everybody makes mistake.
but if publisher dont remove those lines even after informing and think that they are smarter than everyone else. shud be punished!!
    just my thoughts.

Who are you to give them one last chance though. Use the link provided on the Ad to report the violation. Then Google can decide whether they get a warning or a suspension.
