People are only willing to pay large amounts of money based on monthly profit results and long term results. You need to indicate exactly HOW MUCH money it made last month and the previous 3 months. 6 months if you want to look really secure. Without any profit mention you are wasting everyone's time. Professionals do not want to hear POTENTIAL. that is another word for New/worthless/turnkey.
Yup, People are only after how much profit the site makes. Also if you do this sale you should make sure that you have all the proper google analytics reports aswell as with high-ticket items buyers often double and triple check everything in regards to your site.
The bigger problem is that your site is made to confuse people into thinking it is affiliated with saabkyle04 and you (or someone who bought it) could easily lose the site to the rightful owner of the saabkyle04 trademark.
