Am i allowed?

I wanted to make a website where you could watch movies. I know it is illegal to upload the movies due to copyright issues but i do not upload them.

I give links to other parts of the web where the movies are and people can watch them there.
Is this allowed with adsense?

 

If the links point to the original source and not to any pirated / Illegal copied movies then its fine .

Yes, that will violate Adsense TOS and not allowed at all.

 

You want to stream the movies by embedding the links or you want to make a site with links for downloading the movies [ rapidshare links etc ] ??

Spreading download links for copyrighted material is not supported by Adsense and you'll be banned if you use Adsense on such sites. I'm not into streaming sites but I've seen Adsense Ads on a number of streaming sites. However, I would suggest you to go with other ad networks for these kind of sites as you might get smartpriced with Adsense if you implement it on sites with not much content.

 

If you are planning to to create site with Hollywood Movies then its better not to use adsense...

In most countries,it is illegal,however,it depends on what kind of movies you will link to.If you give links to other paid online movie sites or none copyrighted movies.I think that is okay.

 

Uhhh...if the vids are pirated and you only link to them, u should be ok.
