True. If you have ever used it you will know it makes hardly anything..

I see no reason why you cannot sell it.

I do remember a thread from some time back.

You won't get a very high price for it though. It depends on the end user, but you might be better off selling your location, recent blog, avatar, or siggy.

With your 2 post per day average, it's really not worth anything... And I would bet there is something against it in the Adsense TOS.

So, can we get an official answer from a mod or admin? Despite the debate about the value of the AdSense revnue sharing at Digital Point the answer has not been provided, yet. I don't use mine, and am considering just giving it away in the freebies forum, if I can't think of something more creative. But I don't need any infractions...

I tried to search for a thread with an official answer, but finding anything related to AdSense requires days of going through search results, or more luck than I have.

Hi, I can't give you an official answer, but would like to comment as the others have.
    1) I have seen a DP member offer another member his rev share from dp as part of some contest or the likes.
    2) I have seen a pub ID for charity floating around the DP forums that many people use in their DP adsense profile field.

finally, I'd say yeah, give it, share it, sell it... but be mindful that he should under no circumstances click on any ads that are shown in your threads.....
    K, thanks! :)
    Hope that helps

This makes things a little complicated, doesn't it? I mean, I can pay someone to have my adsense ID plugged into his threads and then click on them periodically to receive commissions myself. Unless there's a way to track which user clicks on the ads and the mods/admins do this routinely, this type of fraud would be hard to prevent.

So, in my humble opinion, not meant to offend anybody or ruin their business, selling your AdSense plug should be banned.

    Just my $0.0000002

I remember someone once asking this and either Crazy Rob or GFC replying simply: You don't want to do that.
I shall try and find the post - once I do I will link here.
