Am I allowed to put Adbrite or other similar CPM company to a "Temp Redirect Page" ?

    Hi,
    I wonder, if I set a Redirection pages on my website - like counting back from 16 to 0 and when it get's to 0 the page auto redirected to the desire page, can I put ads there? Adbrite?

    If so, does it count as a view?
    If not, how many seconds need for that?
