Am I allowed to put a banner, then a link list RIGHT underneath it?

    I have a 468x60 banner on my blog. I was wondering if I am allowed to insert a 468x15 horizontal link list right underneath the banner? Is it against the rules? I am not sure if there is a specific guideline that states the ads can't be close to eachother? :confused:
