Am i allowed to place adsense ads bellow the post title ?

I saw a lots of blog that has adsense ads just bellow the post title. But in adsense blog they are saying

This post was published in 2008 - http://adsense.blogspot.com/2008/03/another-look-at-optimizations.html

My question is am i allowed to do place adsense ads bellow the post title????

 

I guess you shouldn't, but on the other hand I have never heard of this rule being actually enforced.

You could put tags in between title and adsense, that is if you use tags..

I like to tell one thing that today's most of the spammer are trying to put their link on High PR sites and that why most of sites does allow you to promote on them.
so my advice that try to visit that sites that allow you to promote by purchasing any type of membership.
I know about Warriorforum where you can purchase Adds to promote your business.
