Am i allowed to do this?

Are we as adsense users allowed to create sites like these:

- Paris Hilton pictures and videos
- Lindsay Lohan pictures and videos

And have normal pictures and videos.

Or would this be cashing in on the adult market?

No, you are not allowed to start "famous X" websites, as the content is mostly, if not entirely, not yours.

as long as your site does not display adult content you should be fine.

 

Google has nothing to do with Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan. Untill the pics and the vids have a smell of nudity, you can surely go with them.
