Am I allowed to do this?

    Hi,

    Sometimes I find many "unregistered" domains with good PA, DA and Backlinks. So, can i put those domains in a thread and update it every now and then and ask members who wishes to grab that domain to pay me $1?

    This would be done a "trust" basis. If i see many people starting to register it without my commission, I will discontinue it.

    Is this way of selling (not actually selling) allowed in DP? If yes, which section should I use ? Domains or Services?

    No, sorry... you would have to verify ownership of the domain in order to sell it.
