am i allowed to do offers?

say, some offers only need to fill in email, address, zip or they are just surveys.
Am i allowed to complete that offers myself, if i am promoting them?

    Just wondering..:)

You have to read the terms for affiliate program for that site. I do not think they will pay you for signing up or filling out forms on your own links.

    I've actually asked about this.

At least for neverblueads, the deal is for free offers, they discourage it.

For offers where you have to pay / purchase something, it's ok and encouraged even.

    Hope that helps,
    Jonathan

    for all networks,

its ok for you to do them if you have to pay for it

for example: netflix or blockbuster, its ok for you to sign up
another example: ebay toolkit, things like that

I would also think it is ok if you have to pay for it. But free offers then it would not be alright as you will just signup and get the money and will not really be interested in the offer meaning that the advertising will not make anything out of it.

Not true, the advertisers do not want you to signup unless the campaign/offer is offered as "INCENTIVIZED," otherwise, you are not allowed to signup under your own links.
