I have recently started a blog about myself that i call crazyfuk. I would like some input as to wether or not this name is considered a swear word or just too offensive to be posting links on forums and non adult sites. Any input would be great thanks.

If I were you, I'd give it a different name. Hosts won't even allow me to host my domain cantf***.com for a non adult nonsense site. I also think it won't work it you ever decide to add Adsense to your blog.

the reason i chose this name was maybe to shock someone or to just be a little different but i think it may be too much. Some other opinions as well please

you will have difficulties in getting ads approved and credibility issue if you wish to post something offtopic and serious

Let's put it this way, if you were to use crazyfuk on most forums you would be in violation of trying to bypas the word filters.

We all know what fuk stands for. Yes it's considered profane.

Wrds slitl maen the smae tinhg no matter how you spell them.

I agree with all the others that you should change it. I would recommend something nonsensical and humorous, this would allow you to post rants and stories always with a humorous undertone.
'Who wrote such a horrible article about frog stomping?!?!' 'oh, it's just 'crazy aglet'

Well some forums may have issues with it, but other than that, shouldn't be such a huge deal.

I think most forums do have a thing about the word, but these days... Its no biggie! As for people everyone is different. But when its spelt fuk is sort of doesn't have the same effect. But like someone said earlier you might have a problem with advertising & credibility.

Indirectly.. Adsense stays away from adult sites and sites with insults so naming your blog that could give you a very hard time getting approved.

Using that title for your blog can be injurious to you if you want to be seen as a credible and serious author; it limits your horizon of expectations..a lot:p
