A name server setting basically tells where the server is located for the files etc of a particular website.

This is done with your domain registrar (where you or your clients purchased the domain name)

All you need to do is to log in where you bought your domain name and look for the option to change the name servers.

You can do it from your domain control panel. Just login and check host summery(godaddy or similar).

Did You get Visrtual Private Server ?? IMO for reseller hosting you will use name server of your hosting , for VPS or Dedicated server , You will get dedicated IP to setup your own name servers.
