Am fed up.. Do i need to contact google?

Why dont u have your site copyscape listed. This will protect your site content from being copied and if it does Google wil penalize those sites as yours will be treated as original.

 

copyscape will only work if the guy doing the copying cares

 

DDOS his site and bring it down

 

And you can go with copyscape.com and copyright your work before submitting to your own website.

 

Report to google. Pretty sure they remove his adsense account, even though they are not police..... I know it works =)

you can contact his, hosting service provider or domain register..

 

Take all the steps that wouldn't cost you any money
