    nice theme but i think you do not need that banner(road).visiters will be happy when they see the content easily.

    people who are using LCD or monochrome display devices.

    I would make your header's bar smaller.. so it aligns with the ad above. The site needs new layer styles in general because what you're using is very outdated.
