Although i have Mesothelioma ads but why is there pay per click rate too low?

    i am a new one in this adsense business and i setted up a blog specailly for adsense and i heard Mesothelioma is the Highest PAying keyword and although its the highest paying keyword why would it show only 0.4$ per click its been three days and i havent earned not even more than 0.52$ >PLEASE Help me in this regard. :)
