Can anyone comment this (Terms of Agreement, paragraph 22.) I'm non-US resident from non-english speaking country (Croatia), but I have a site in english language (thefirstpick.com). The problem is that still about half of people checking my site are from Croatia or ex Yugoslavian countries so if anyone of them clicked on link, I wouldn't have a cent. Am I right?
yes....basically all the campaigns at the moment are for US or canada traffic....its the majority traffic for most sites anyway
Yes, thats right. You wont get in trouble for sending them non-US traffic, you just wont get paid for it. Try CJ if you're looking for more international offers. Josh
How about Kontera? Basically it's java technology you embed in your webpage. It analyzes content and 'highlights' relevant words. As consumers browse the content, if they move their cursor over the highlighted word a text ad appears - similar to Google's adsense in size and spiel. I have a link to an article I read on yahoo about them or you can pm and I'll send it over to you. I thought it looked neat and profitable and unobtrusive for content heavy sites to make more cash. It may be as much as a 50/50 rev share on clicks. If I had more publishers interested I'd tell them about it, but my cats do cpa/cpl mostly. Good luck!
The stuffs that looks in Kontera are too much like Adsense, first I guess this is the violation of google adsense copyright Act, if I am not wrong. Secondly they require your ads to be approved from yahoo before processing your application to them.
