Alternatives to wordpress and typepad

    Does anyone know of any good alternatives to wordpress and typepad?

    I'm looking for something thats fairly popular, and is a good alternative.

    Pretty much sums it up.
    There are other free platforms,but unless you are just doing it for fun,..use wordpress.org.
    I saw one called Iloveblog.com., and there is Live journal.

    Ditto for the ones mentioned already. Xanga should be another alternative as well. It's quite popular, I suppose.

    I think you can use popular CMS like Drupal or Joomla with plugins for blogging.
