Alternatives to Google Analytics

    I am looking for a replacement for analytics and I want something that is in real time.

    Piwik looks good and is free. Are there any other alternatives that people could suggest?
    I like the idea that the data stays on my server.

    I think you can use log analyzer tools as well and then compare results you got.
