Alternatives to Adsense for my Blog?

Hi there,

I have had Adesense for some time and not really made anything from it. Lately, for some reason, there have only been charity ads. I though this may be because I am using a referral website to try and generate more readers. I decided to remove the code completely, as when there are ads, they are not really that appropriate to my readers.

Mine is a blog about my travels abroad, and review I have received have been mostly along the lines of "what a great story and pictures" and "thanks for sharing the adventure, as we are stuck working, etc.".

Maybe ads along the lines of adventure hoildays for those with not much time, etc. Or even books and goods related to travel, would be better.

Those out there who know the ins and outs of different advertising companies, what would you recommend?

Try adding affiliate links. Find some travel sites or things related to topic one sale can make more than adsense.
