Alternatives for 19pages cms?

    Hello, Im looking for fresh alternatives for 19pages cms.

    I need a cms without Msql, my sites will just have 10/15 internal pages and 19pages cms is not max SEOed.

    Why do you need a cms at all for 19 pages?

    Is the content going to change often? Why not use a static template?

    There are some non-DB cms out there but I have yet to find one that is 100%.
