    I am selling off some of my smaller sites. This is site has 100% unique content. Adsense placement could be better, you may find an affiliate program to advertise.

    Domain is Reg. with GoDaddy. Will not need to be renewed until 9-13-10. Following payment I will give new owner access to the cpanel and you will be responsible for transferring to the new host. It is a pretty simple static site.
