Any way to fund accounts without tying your bank account or CC to it...
Something like having another CC put in funds - but not get the %cost.

I'm thinking like Neteller or the likes!?

You want to ask how to fund a PayPal account without adding bank account or Credit card right? If so you can ask other users to send you PayPal funds or you can use virtual credit cards to spend from those.

Thanks, and yes. I was just hoping that I could fund alternatively...

And on a more general note, please don't PM me regarding funding. I'm not interested in private transactions.

Well, just on the side note, you will need to add a credit card and/or a bank account in order to verify your account and lift any limitations to your account, otherwise you can fund the account but not be able to use the balance.

From what I understand, if you use a credit card, you cannot fund your paypal account as your existing balance is used for any transaction and when you run out of paypal balance, it will only withdraw on demand from your credit card.
