Alternative to Valueclickmedia

Do you know any advertising network who will work like valueclickmedia with a self campaign manager (the publisher can optimise itself).

Are you just after a CPM price regulator? Few sites have the setup like valueclickmedia.

 

not a price regulator, in valueclickmedia you have a section where you can manage the campaigns one per one and optimize yourself per country, size etc ...
