Alternative to Google Docs

I am looking for alternative to Docs, mostly need file encryption and must be free , auto-save.


I am moving away from google as much as possible.

 

Try Zoho Docs or Skydrive

In Skydrive, click the 'Word', 'Excel', 'Powerpoint' or 'OneNote' icon.

 

don't offer file password ability, I may move to an online shared drive system that works with locally installed applications ( word, excel )

They will now be accepting CISPA , all your DATA IS GOING TO THE GOVERNMENT !

In addition why Google etc have no encrypton on the files ? Who is reading your info and to whom they are selling it !

I am soo looking back towards Microsoft .... at least that company has principles and respect for the people it works with.
