Alternative to Amazon for Books that pays more?

I've begun referring my visitors to Amazon to buy books that I recommend, and I've sold 10 books and earned about $3.

Problem is that $3 doesn't buy much at the grocery store anymore, lol!

Have any of you found an online bookstore that pays out more than amazon?

I'd love to find one myself. Barnes and Nobles pays 8.5% on books, chapters.ca paying the same amount. I really haven't come across one that pays more than amazon (even though amazon pay really sucks).

 

amazon pays us so low. 10 books = $3. unbelievable.

 

overstock seems to be a better option. if you have the technical ability the ebay api is probably your highest payout

 

If you aren't doing a huge amount of titles, you should build a small comparison block and display comparative prices for Amazon, B&N, Overstock, etc. Include a search link for eBay. eBay may not have the title in auction but at least you get your cookie in the oven. Also look at Half.com & abebooks.com.
