Alternative for phpMyDirectory?

    Hi,

    I'm about to publish a niche directory with max. 1000 listings.
    Features needed for directory script:

    - image for listing (user submitted)
    - maps (Google)
    - customizable templates
    - Paypal payment gateway

    I've seen phpMyDirectory which is not really expensive (about 100$) but it has a lot of unnecessary features too. Is there opensource or other affordable directory script that can do those things? Thanks!
